Buy online, pick up in store
Local pickup is preferred to prevent any issues with shipping carriers.
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store in one or two hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in store allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time. Your order will be held at the store for seven calendar days. We‘ll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel your order.

Shipping
Please allow 3 - 14 business days for processing and shipping. Email updates will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Once a package leaves Toddy's Place we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen products. If a package is returned to Toddy's Place due to improper address, customer will be responsible for paying re-shipment postage.
Carrier delays may cause items to arrive later than expected.
Shipping Method
USPS Ground Advantage is the preferred method of shipment, but others may be used when deemed appropriate. All US shipping through USPS ground advantage comes with insurance up to $100. It is the purchaser's responsibility to file a claim with USPS if issues arise with shipping and/or delivery.
International Shipping
International purchasers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or service fees, in addition to shipping cost paid at the time of purchase. Insurance is unavailable for international purchases.

Exchanges & Returns
Returns/Exchanges/Order Issues
Will be considered on a case by case basis. Items must be in the same condition received, unworn/unused. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of item by emailing us at todays.crafts@gmail.com.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
All sales are final on discounted or sale items. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Consumable goods are non-returnable.
Payment
We accept all major credit or debit cards, PayPal, tap to pay, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

Tax Exemption
Tribal entities, schools, etc.
If your order requires tax exemption please email todays.crafts@gmail.com for a quote and to coordinate your order or stop in the store.
A tax exempt certificate must be on file prior to processing any tax exempt purchases.
You have more products available in store than online, why is that?

In store we have many artists' work available, some of which have their own online stores or selling platforms. We want to respect these artists that are selling on their own platforms, and therefore we only have them available in store for increased visibility and accessibility to those in the area or that are visiting. Our online store predominately highlights the products that are made by us.
